GORGOM LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (Gorgom合同会社, “we”) sets out below how we handle information about users of the app “Casino Edge” (the “App”) and the website “casinoedge.app” (the “Site”; together with the App, the “Service”).
1. Our approach
- You can use the Service without creating an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or your device’s location (such as GPS). The exception: if you email us, we use your email address and message to reply (§3.5).
- Your practice records in the App are stored only on your device. They are not sent to our servers.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
2. Information in the App
2.1 Information stored only on your device
Answer history, accuracy, leaks, review items and settings. These stay in your device’s storage and are not sent to us. They are deleted if you delete the App or use “Erase this game’s records” or “Erase everything and start over” in the App. When you change devices, they move with your device’s backup if you stay on the same operating system (iPhone to iPhone, Android to Android). Between iPhone and Android, use “Export records” and “Import records” in the App.
2.2 “Ask AI” and “Copy text”
Only when you tap “Ask AI” in the question sheet, the App turns what is on screen (the table, cards, decision, explanation and so on) into text and passes it to your device’s share feature. You choose where it goes (for example, an AI chat app). The recipient’s privacy policy governs that text. We do not receive the text or learn where you sent it. “Copy text” only copies the text to your device’s clipboard.
2.3 Subscriptions
- Payments are handled by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). We do not receive card numbers or other payment details.
- To check whether paid features are available to you, we use RevenueCat, Inc. (United States). RevenueCat receives an anonymous user ID created by the App, your purchase history (product, period, price, free trial, renewal, cancellation, refund), and your device type, OS, App version and store country. Your IP address also reaches RevenueCat as part of the connection. Your name and email address are not sent.
- In RevenueCat’s dashboard we look at totals — how often the subscription screen is shown, how many people start a free trial, move to paid, or cancel — to review pricing and what is free.
- The result of the check is also saved on your device, so the App can decide offline.
2.4 Information collected by the stores
The App Store and Google Play may collect installs, crash information and usage statistics under their own rules and your settings, and show them to developers in aggregate. Apple’s and Google’s privacy policies govern this.
2.5 Bug reports and feedback
Only when you send a bug report or feedback (“comments, impressions and requests”) from the App, the App sends us the following. What is sent depends on what you choose to send.
- Always: what the report is about, any note you write, the App’s version, build (update number) and language, and the type of operating system (iOS, Android or Web)
- “This screen”: also the on-screen text, a record of every decision in the current hand (or the hand that just ended) with the information needed to reproduce it (version and build), the App’s state (game, screen, settings, hand state and the ID of the grading reason) and the App’s settings (speed, guide mode and similar). Past hands are neither saved nor sent
- “This game”: also the game and screen name, that game’s settings and the App’s settings (not the on-screen text or hand state)
- “Other”: only the items under “Always”
- “Feedback (comments, impressions and requests)”: only the items under “Always” (no on-screen text, hand record or settings)
Your name and email address are not sent. If a report cannot be sent (for example, offline), it is kept on your device and sent the next time you are connected. Reports are stored in a Google LLC service (Google Sheets, United States) and used only to fix problems. You can review the content on screen before sending.
2.6 Camera (reading QR codes in Home Game)
The App uses your device’s camera only to read QR codes in Home Game (the tool for playing with friends), when you join a room and when you match the hand number.
- Your device asks for camera permission when you open the QR-reading screen. The rest of the App works without it (in Home Game you can join by typing the code instead). You can change the permission in your device settings at any time.
- The camera image is processed only on your device while the code is being read. We do not save the image or photo, and we do not send it to us or to anyone else.
- In Home Game, devices do not communicate with each other. The room key is passed only by one device reading the QR code (or typing the code) shown on the host’s screen. Our servers are not used.
3. Information on the Site
3.1 Access logs
The Site is served on Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) infrastructure. To serve it, Cloudflare processes IP addresses, browser type, pages viewed and times. We may look at aggregated figures that do not identify individuals, to deal with abuse and improve the Site.
3.2 Maps (OpenFreeMap)
Maps on country, state, city and casino pages load map images from OpenFreeMap, a free map service built on OpenStreetMap data. When a map scrolls into view, your browser connects directly to OpenFreeMap’s servers (delivered through Cloudflare), so connection data such as your IP address, browser type and the page you were viewing reaches OpenFreeMap. OpenFreeMap states that it uses no cookies and does not normally log IP addresses. See OpenFreeMap’s privacy policy.
The “Open in Google Maps” link on casino pages opens a Google Maps page (Google LLC) only when you tap it; nothing is sent to Google before that. What happens after it opens is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
3.3 “Latest info” posts (once offered)
If you send “latest info” about a casino (casino, game, rules, minimum bet, date checked, and an optional note) through the form, the content and the time received are stored in a Google LLC service (Google Sheets). We do not ask for a name or account. If the note contains information that identifies a person, we will not publish that part and will delete it. The posting rules will be published on the Site when the feature starts.
3.4 Settings stored in your browser
Some pages of the Site, such as the tournament clock (casinoedge.app/clock/), store your chosen display language, the clock sound and whether the full-screen tip has been shown in your browser (localStorage). Your answer to the analytics consent request (§3.6) is stored the same way. None of this is sent to us. It is deleted when you clear the Site’s data in your browser.
3.5 Contacting us
If you email us about the App or the Site (), we use your email address, your name (if given) and your message only to reply and handle your request. Email is received through Cloudflare, Inc.’s email forwarding (Email Routing) and stored in Google LLC’s Gmail.
3.6 Analytics
To understand which pages are viewed and to improve the Site, we use Google Analytics (Google LLC). It collects page views, the pages you move through, your approximate location (country and city, estimated from your IP address), your device and browser type, and the site that referred you. It uses cookies (such as _ga). It is not used for advertising: Google signals and ad personalization are turned off. We do not send data that directly identifies you, such as your name or email address.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) to count page views, referring sites, countries, and device and browser types for all visits. It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and does not create identifiers to track visitors.
The App (iOS and Android) does not include analytics.
For visits from the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and visits whose country is unknown, we ask for your consent in a banner at the bottom of the page before using Google Analytics cookies. If you decline, we do not use Google Analytics cookies. For visitors from other countries and regions, measurement runs without a banner. In every case you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page (if you choose “Decline”, measurement stops from then on). You can also block it with Google’s Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Cloudflare Web Analytics uses no cookies, so the banner does not apply to it. Google and Cloudflare handle the data under their own privacy policies (Google, Cloudflare).
4. Purposes
- To provide the Service and check whether paid features are available
- To fix problems and keep the content accurate
- To review pricing, what is free, and features (using totals only)
- To answer inquiries

7. Security
Only the responsible people within our company can open the spreadsheets that store information. We use providers over encrypted connections.
8. Age

9. Your rights and contacting us
- App records are on your device, and you can delete them at any time (Settings → Data in the App).
- You can ask us to disclose, correct, stop using or delete the information we hold (posts, reports and inquiries, including inquiry email). For anonymous posts, please include details that let us identify the post (the time sent and its content).
- You can also check purchase information in your App Store or Google Play account.
If you are in the EU, the UK or similar regions
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws, we rely on these legal bases: performance of a contract for checking subscriptions; consent for analytics on the Site (Google Analytics); and our legitimate interests for counting, fixing problems, serving the Site, cookie-free analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and showing maps. Settings are stored in your browser only as needed for the features you use. You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict processing, object, and data portability, and the right to complain to the supervisory authority in your country.
If you are in California, USA
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
10. Changes
We will announce changes to this policy on the Site and in the App. We will announce significant changes before they take effect.
