Equities for common preflop all-in matchups.

Example: higher pair vs lower pair (KK vs 88) is about 80:20; a shared card with a better kicker (AK vs KT, domination) is about 73:27; two higher cards vs two lower (AK vs QT) is about 64:36; one card between the other's two (A5 vs KT) is about 57:43, a little under 6:4; a pair vs two overcards (88 vs AK, a coin flip) is about 55:45.
