Betting, then folding to a raise (b/f) or calling it (b/c).
Before you bet, decide what you'll do if raised (b/f to fold, b/c to call). One pair is b/f by default. Example. Bet 3.3 into 10 and fold to a raise. Against players who don't fold, bet even Medium three times, but fold one pair to a raise.
