Each +1 of TC adds about 0.5% to your edge, and break-even is around TC +1, so bet the minimum at TC +1 or less and raise from there. Example: 1u at TC +1 or less, 2u at +2, 4u at +3, 8u at +4 or more (a range from 1 to 8 is called a "1-8 spread"). Size the spread by bankroll and risk of ruin.
