A format with a prize on each player you eliminate.
In a PKO, half of the bounty on a player you bust is paid to you in cash and half is added to the bounty on your own head. Example. If the opponent's bounty is 100, you receive 50 and your own bounty grows by 50. When you can bust an opponent, you call wider.
