The fixed way the dealer splits seven cards in Pai Gow Poker.
It varies a little between casinos. For example, with one pair the pair goes in the High and the two highest other cards in the Low; two pair with Jacks or better on top is split. At the table the dealer will set your hand by the house way if you ask, and you may ask how it would be set.
