Push 22 (blackjack)

Blackjack term

The rule that a dealer 22 makes your remaining hands push.

In Free Bet Blackjack and Blackjack Switch, when the dealer busts with exactly 22 the remaining hands push instead of winning. Example: the dealer has 10-6 and draws a 6 for 22; your 18 pushes instead of winning. Busts of 23 or more still win as usual. The side bet with the same name (pays 11 to 1 when the dealer makes 22) has a large house edge: 11.76% (6 decks, H17).
