Moving players from a full table to a short one so table sizes stay even.
Tournaments keep every table within one player of the others. Usually the player due to be the big blind next moves from the bigger table to an empty seat at the smaller one. When enough players bust, one table breaks and its players spread to the others, until everyone meets at one final table.
