Everyone is in the pot, so it is always multiway: bet only value hands and strong draws. Example: at a 6-handed table where everyone pays 2, the hand starts on the flop with a pot of 12. In a PLO bomb pot everyone holds 4 cards, so bet only the nuts or a draw with 13 or more nut outs.
