Names for where the gap falls in a four-card hand.
J-T-9-7 has the gap at the bottom (bottom gap), J-T-8-7 in the middle, and J-9-8-7 at the top. The lower the gap, the stronger, because the cards that make higher straights stay together. Order: bottom > middle > top.
