Raising the flop, then checking the turn to see the next card cheaply.
Used in Limit by a draw in position. If it works, the flop's 2 small bets let you see through the river. Calling all the way costs 1 small bet + 1 big bet = 3 small bets. If you get 3-bet on the flop or the opponent still bets the turn, it ends up costing more.
