Blackjack played with a 48-card deck, the tens removed.
The dealer's second card is dealt last, and an ace and a 10-point card is also called a Pontoon (a different game from the home game of the same name). A player 21 beats even a dealer Pontoon; you double on the first two cards only, an ace among those two counts 1 once you double, and you can rescue after a double. Surrender is allowed only against J, Q, K or A. Against a dealer Pontoon, surrender is void, a doubled hand loses only the original bet, and each split hand loses its bet.
