A game with no shared board where you pick 5 cards from your own 7.
On 3rd street you get 2 down and 1 up, on 4th–6th one more up card each, and on 7th one down card, with 5 betting rounds (small bet on 3rd and 4th, big bet from 5th on). You can see opponents' up cards, so you count dead cards (cards that can no longer come). Example: with a 3-flush, if 3 cards of the same suit are showing in other players' up cards, your chance of completing the flush drops from 22% (when none of the 5 other door cards at a 6-handed table is your suit) to 11%. With nothing seen, the usual figure is 18%. The S in HORSE; the version where the lowest hand wins is Razz, and the high-low split version is Stud 8.
