Examples include HORSE, 8-Game and Dealer's Choice, and the game changes every few hands (8 hands in the big tournament series, and 8 hands or 30 minutes in most live cash games). Example: stakes are named by the Limit amounts, so in a $10/$20 mix the NL and PL games play with blinds a quarter of that, $2/$5.
