A hand with no low cards, like KKQJ, QQJT, or AAKK. It can scoop on boards with no low (40%), but on boards where a low is possible (60%) half the pot is the most it can win. Even AAKK ds has 56% against A-2-3-4. Play it only against 1-2 opponents or from the CO / BTN.
