In Hi-Lo, a hand or situation that can only win the low.
Even the nut low wins at most half if its high is weak. If another player has the same low, you get quartered. Bet only when you can fold out a weak high and scoop; against 2 or more opponents, mostly call (a one-way hand). With a low-only hand, fold to a raise.
